1. Introduction:
Welcome to Goofluence Influencer and Brand Connect Platform (“Goofluence”). These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Goofluence platform as an influencer or brand, collectively referred to as “Users.” By accessing or using the Goofluence platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Use of Name, Photos, and Videos:
By becoming a User on Goofluence, you grant Goofluence the right to use your name, photos, and videos for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Goofluence platform. This usage will not incur any liability on your part.

3. Brand Deals:
a. Goofluence, as a representative of the influencer, may enter into brand deals on the influencer’s behalf.
b. Once a brand deal is made, the influencer is obligated to fulfill the agreed-upon terms, and cancellation by the influencer is not permitted after the deal has been finalized through Goofluence.
c. If Goofluence gets you any brand promotion or any other kind of Collab then Goofluence will charge 20% on every deal.
d. If the influencer cancels the deal, he/she will be responsible for covering all incurred losses.

4. Termination of Collaboration:
a. In the event that an influencer wishes to discontinue collaboration with Goofluence, a one-week notice must be provided to Goofluence.
b. Goofluence reserves the right to terminate collaboration with any influencer or brand for violation of these Terms or any other valid reason.

5. Legal Jurisdiction:
In the event of any legal dispute, both parties agree that legal actions shall be initiated and conducted exclusively in the Jodhpur Judiciary. This provision is applicable irrespective of the location of the User.

6. Change in Brand Promotion Rates:
If an influencer decides to change their brand promotion rates, they must inform Goofluence within one week of the proposed change. Goofluence will work with the influencer to update the terms of collaboration accordingly.

7. Privacy and Data Security:
a. Goofluence is committed to protecting the privacy and security of Users’ information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data handling and security measures.

8. Modification of Terms:
Goofluence reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country/Region], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
